This class will help you tap into your innate ability to relax through gentle yoga poses, breathing and a guided meditation.

Learning to relax on a regular basis can help you learn to:

  • lower your heart rate
  • reduce sleep problems
  • ease muscle tension
  • calm the mind
  • and more...

You will be guided through breathing exercises and yoga poses designed to relax your mind and body and to prepare you for Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice of guided meditation where you learn to relax your whole self and unwind your mind.

This class is appropriate for general and pregnant students.
