Full Moon Salutation with Yoga Nidra

    You will be guided in the physical and spiritual practice of chandra namaskar while concentrating on the chakras and lunar mantras. The lunar energy adds the dimension of balance and concentration, and has cool, relaxing and creative qualities.

    The focus of the second half of the class is yoga Nidra, an ancient practice of guided meditation where you learn to relax your whole self and unwind your mind. Learning to relax on a regular basis can help you to: * lower your heart rate * reduce sleep problems * ease muscle tension * and more. This class is appropriate for general and pregnant students.

    • Sunday Sept 11, 7:30-9pm
    • Tuesday Oct 11, 5:30-7pm (in place of All Levels Yoga)
    • Thursday Nov 10, 5:30-7pm
    • Saturday Dec 10, 9-10:15am (in place of All Levels Yoga)

    $15 drop-in or substitute one class from class card
