Midwives all over the world have long seen how the power of movement of the pelvis helps women to birth their babies.
Practice breathing and moving your baby down in your labor using soft hip swirls and shimmies along with relaxation and visualization techniques. You will also learn movements that will help your baby get in the most optimal position for birth, which can help to prevent the occiput posterior presentation of the baby's head that contributes to back labor.
This unique class supports you in connecting to your feminine nature as you birth.
