Belly After Baby

The abdominal and pelvic muscles are often overstretched and weakened in pregnancy and childbirth. In this class you will learn time-tested yoga poses that will strengthen and tone these muscles, correct placement of pelvic organs, help to heal a diastisis (separation of the recti abdominal muscles), reduce incontinence and other problems you may be dealing with. Come with or without your baby.
