
Megan McLauglin
Megan took her first yoga class in 2006 and her life was forever altered. Her physical practice brought her deeper into the philosophy and spiritual practice of yoga. Megan believes yoga can also be a part of everyday life. Whether you are stuck in traffic or birthing a baby you can bring yoga to any situation with something as simple as breath awareness. Megan practiced prenatal yoga with Colette Crawford, and attended the I Can Birth class preparing for the birth of her first child. This experience raised her awareness of birth and inspired her to become a prenatal yoga teacher. Megan did her prenatal yoga teacher training with Colette in 2009.
