
Alaina Perez
Alaina’s path to yoga started in 2007 when life presented her with several changes. Not only did Yoga help her center her energy but it also physically and mentally helped her to see a whole new perspective on life. After practicing for three years, she decided to further her education at the 8 limbs teacher training. She has practiced mostly hatha vinyasa but is furthering her interest to all paths of yoga. Alaina also just completed her prenatal training course in March 2010 with Colette Crawford and is so excited to be on a path to inspire, empower and help women to be in their strong and beautiful bodies. Alaina strives to provide a safe, peaceful environment while helping people reach their full potential.
