Children will have the ability to explore the world of dance the first part of class and then wind down the second part of class with yoga.
Dancing will allow your child to have fun while learning body awareness and some cool dance moves, along with short choreographed dances. Then as we transition into the yoga section, the children will be able to learn about the fun poses and work on their balance, stretching, and meditation.
This is an on-going class.
