Come flow with us as we combine movements of dance and yoga together. You will move with music and learn a dance/yoga sequence which will be paired with a song towards the end of class.
We will learn how to move to the timing of the music as we flow, forgetting the stress and craziness in our lives as we transform songs into intentions and intentions into movement.
