Sattva Yoga is a holistic practice, which includes ancient yogic techniques as well as current evolutionary practices to open into the energy layers of the body and generate a radical aliveness.
The practice aims to invoke freedom, transformation and access to a more authentic sense of Self, and to create a clear path for you to experience a full and joyful life.
Sattva Yoga classes are ever evolving and inclusive. They include meditation, pranayama (breath work), hatha postures, vinyasa flows, kriyas (energy moving practice), mantras, free movement, and wisdom. There are no levels in Sattva Yoga. Rather, every class welcomes each student to arrive as they are, listen to the needs of their bodies and minds in any given moment and enjoy practicing together. No prior yoga experience necessary.
