Sattva Yoga is a wholistic practice which includes ancient yogic techniques as well as current evolutionary practices to open into the energy layers of the body and generate a sense of radical aliveness. Sattva Yoga classes are ever-evolving and inclusive. They include meditation, pranayama (breath work), hatha postures, vinyasa flows, kriyas (energy moving practices), mantras, free movement, and wisdom. There are no levels in Sattva Yoga. Rather, every class welcomes each student to arrive as they are, listen to the needs of their bodies and minds in any given moment, and enjoy practicing togetherIn this training, you will learn the tools to work in alignment with wisdom. Aditi’s study of meditation started in 1988. She studied many forms of meditation including contemplative prayer, Quaker, Zen and Insight Meditation. In 2013, she traveled to India to study with Anand Mehrotra, founder of Sattva Yoga and master teacher. She has been meditating daily since.
