Yoga for Self-Love is an experiential workshop to help you reconnect with your body and mind and learn to treat yourself in a positive and loving way, all in a supportive and safe environment. Starting with an awareness of your inner voice and then using gentle movements, breath-work and meditation, you will begin to cultivate self- acceptance, respect and love, totally for who you are in this moment.       

Self-love is a journey and yoga can be a perfect tool for you to begin.
