The first half of the class is prenatal yoga and the second half is Mama Dance.
In this class you will ease common pregnancy discomforts and prepare your body and mind for the birth ahead. Practice breathing and moving your baby down in your labor using soft hip swirls and shimmies along with relaxation and visualization techniques.
You will also learn movements that will help your baby get in the most optimal position for birth, which can help to prevent the occiput posterior presentation of the baby's head that can contribute to back labor.
This unique class supports you in connecting to your feminine nature as you birth.
