Pregnancy, birth, and parenting can be challenging for a couple. Exploring tools for increasing this connection with your intimate partner during pregnancy can increase your ongoing joy as the challenges arise.
In this 3 week class, we will explore breath, touch, and yoga practices to build your connection. We will explore our sensual selves and how you can relate more consciously with your partner, with deeper presence. Learn about the differences between masculine and feminine, being present to yourself while building connection with your partner.
The second trimester ( 13-30 weeks) are ideal for this workshop-- before your attention has moved toward labor and birth. However, we welcome you at anytime that it feels right during your pregnancy!
Please come with your intimate partner: partner, husband, wife. All genders welcome. No prior yoga experience necessary.
Instructor: Aditi Grandy, certified nurse-midwife at Northwest Hospital and Paul Tomita, (Aditi's partner). Paul is a massage therapist at Monroe Therapeutic in Ballard.
