Infant Massage: 4 week series

You will learn a full body massage sequence based on Ayurveda massage techniques along with specific baby movement exercises and playful songs that are fun for you and your baby, and help to develop your infant’s brain and nervous system, improve visual acuity and stimulate the senses. 

You will also learn techniques to:

·       Promote sleep 

·       Soothe and calm baby during teething

·       Enhance digestion and elimination and relieve symptoms of colic.

·       Prepare for rolling, turning and crawling, avoiding torticollis (baby's head turns mostly to one side) and plagiocephaly (flathead).

·       Help with tummy-time

You can attend one class or more. One class is $30. The full series is $95. If you miss a class during the series you can make it up in another session.

Be pro-active in your baby’s development! In this fun-filled class you move to the beat of active songs and combine specific age appropriate exercises for your baby's developing body and brain. We use padded gymnastics mats to make it comfortable for you and your baby.

The first three years of life are critical for your baby's developing brain. Skin-to-skin contact, carrying your baby and tummy time on your body stimulates your infant's nervous system and physical and cognitive development. Along with sleeping more soundly your baby will gain more control and coordination of his or her body while increasing agility, flexibility and strength.

You must attend BOTH days to complete the 2-Day Course.  

The 2-Day IAM Course is offered for those people who are deeply interested in spiritual practice.  This is the IAM Course that has been offered at Amma’s retreats for the past 12 years.  The Course includes Amma’s spiritual teachings on meditation and practical guidance for a worry-free life.  You will learn a 35 minute practice integrating several modalities focusing on movement, breath, sound and light.

There is no charge for learning the IAM Technique, however there will be a small donation requested to cover the costs of the facility, snacks and class materials.  Typically, the amount is $15 - $20.

IAM-35 Refresher Course - Seattle, WA 

If you have already taken the IAM-35 Course you are eligible to attend the IAM-35 Refresher Course, offered concurrently at the same location on 

Sunday March 31  1:00-3:00pm.  Pre-registration requested to:  kumudakali@gmail.com

If you have gotten irregular with your IAM practice or just want to strengthen it, then theRefresher Course is for you!  At the Refresher you can ask questions, clarify and deepen your understanding of the technique, and be guided through the steps of practice.  Many who have attended Refresher Courses have found that they gained a great intellectual and experiential boost to their IAM practice.  You are also welcome to attend any or all of the IAM-35 class.

Lakshmi Puja provides wealth and financial success. Removes obstacles in personal and professional life. Reduces the negative effects of Graha Dosha (planetary defects). Increases communication skills which in turn results in better outcome for business. It provides grace for a harmonious family life. It will be performed based on the Kerala tradition by Pujarini Meera.

Everyone is welcome to attend at no charge, but if you want make a sankalpa/special intention there will be an opportunity to sign up for the puja. Cost of registration is $190. People who are unable to attend can also sign up for the puja.

All proceeds are directed to Amma's humanitarian projects. Register online or email Krishnan. Your registration must include the following information: your name and Vedic birth star OR your name, your birth date, time and place; plus, current address and whether you plan to pay in cash or check. Payment is due on the day of the Puja.

Puja starts promptly at 7:00 AM, please plan on arriving by 6:45 AM. A light vegetarian breakfast will be served after the puja.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or ‘tapping’ is an incredibly potent healing modality using the same meridian system acupuncture uses. We use our finger tips to gently tap specific acupressure points of our own face, chest, and hands, while breathing and connecting to any emotions alive for us that day.

It's an incredible way to clear negative emotions or stress, alleviate physical pain, release old trauma, and also great for manifestation. By the end of this class you'll know all the points to practice on your own.
