Created solely for women this class offers you a safe haven to delve into the mystery of your body and soul as you develop insight and awareness into your health. Through postures that strengthen and awareness of the breath to open to your intuition you will emerge a more complete woman. We will use yoga postures, breath work, chakra and energy work, mudras (hand gestures), chants and meditation techniques that will enhance strength, balance and inner harmony and help you to fully embrace the physical, emotional and spiritual changes during your life passages: menses, pregnancy, birth, postpartum and the peri-menopausal time.
