
Heal Your Back
Heal Your Back is a specialized therapeutic class that combines the healing quality of yoga with Western medical knowledge. It is designed for people living with chronic pain, healing from an injury, or desiring a different approach to back fitness.
Through the practice of yoga, breath awareness, guided imagery and relaxation you wil learn to:
- build a strong foundation while developing strength that is stable and resilient.
- use your pain as a guide as you discover movement in a balanced way.
- listen to your body's inner wisdom, responding to it appropriately as you heal.
Poses are taught safely and adapted to your ability.
Colette Crawford, RN and certified yoga instructor brings her own experience and knowledge gained in healing from a severe back injury. Her warmth and compassion help to create a safe environment for healing.
