All Levels Yoga
In our classes simple basic poses, mindful breathing, meditation techniques and devotional chants are practiced. You will learn the fundamentals of technique, flow, breath, and relaxation in a safe and structured way.
Our classes are ideal for the beginning or advanced student alike. Students of all levels who are ready to deepen their practice are welcome to attend.
