NEW CLASSES: Monday 8-9pm and Sunday 9-10:15am
Monday 8:00 PM class is designed for you to start the week on a note of self-care. Put your kids to bed - or let your partner do it - and practice an hour of yoga for yourself. You'll be glad you did.
In our classes simple basic poses, mindful breathing, meditation techniques and devotional chants are practiced. You will learn the fundamentals of technique, flow, breath, and relaxation in a safe and structured way.
Our classes are ideal for the beginning or advanced student alike. Students of all levels who are ready to deepen their practice are welcome to attend.
